Bravo Brass Choir!

Congratulations to the brass choir, especially the members of our studio who participated in last nights performance. Studio members included Josh “Honkin” Calkin, Jeremy “Jerome” Crawford, Claire Sievers, Josh Hoffman, and Paul Miller. Besides performing in works by Haufrecht, Brahms, Gabrieli, Tull, Beversdorf and Cheetham, the tuba euphonium quartet (Paul, Josh H., Claire and Jeremy) played outstanding renditions of Josh’s arrangement of Daemon Irrepit Callidus and Claire’s Mourning Song. The Daemon Irrepit was faster and more exciting than ever, and Mourning Song was slower and more gorgeous than ever – great job everyone! A special thanks to Casey Thomas who did a fantastic job organizing and conducting this concert.
